Listing data: Product URL, title, description, icon, and category that you provide.
Payment data: Transaction ID, amount, currency, and payment status. We never receive or store card numbers, CVVs, or bank details.
Usage data: Outbound click counts per listing (anonymised aggregate only).
Log data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages accessed, retained for up to 90 days.

2. How We Use Your Information

To display listings on the leaderboard.
To process and verify payments via Razorpay.
To compute and update leaderboard rankings.
To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.
To respond to support requests.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

Razorpay — to process payments. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
Supabase — our database provider. Data stored in the EU/US depending on project region.
Vercel — our hosting provider. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
Law enforcement when required by valid legal process.

4. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for the application to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

5. Data Retention

Bid ledger records and payment event records are retained indefinitely for accounting and ranking integrity purposes. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your listing's public-facing metadata by contacting us with your owner token.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, row-level security on our database, and webhook signature verification. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Contact us at support@bidboard.lol to exercise these rights.

8. Children

Bidboard is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
