By accessing or using Bidboard ("Bidboard", "we", "our", or "us") at bidboard.lol, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Bidboard is a paid product leaderboard. Users submit product URLs or social handles and pay to increase a listing's cumulative bid total. Higher totals produce higher leaderboard positions. All payments are processed by Razorpay. Rankings are determined exclusively by verified, captured payments — not by votes, engagement, or editorial judgement.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use Bidboard. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements. You may not use the service if you are located in a jurisdiction where doing so would violate applicable law.
Rankings are determined solely by verified payment totals and our published tie-breaking rules. We do not guarantee any specific rank at any time. Rankings may change at any moment as other users submit payments. We are not responsible for any business outcomes arising from leaderboard position.
You may not submit listings for products or services that: (a) are illegal in your or our jurisdiction; (b) promote hate, violence, or discrimination; (c) contain adult content; (d) constitute spam, phishing, or malware distribution; (e) infringe third-party intellectual property rights; or (f) impersonate another person or entity. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion without refund.
Upon submitting a new listing, you receive a one-time ownership token. This token is required to edit your listing's metadata. Keep it secure. We cannot recover lost tokens. A public URL alone does not authorise edits.
You retain ownership of the product you submit. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your listing's title, description, icon, and URL on our platform for the duration of its presence. We claim no ownership of your product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidboard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@bidboard.lol. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the operator's jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Bidboard after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
